- On the day our professionals come, make sure the room is empty of all furniture, rugs or mats
- Sanding is started with a belt or drum sander and an edger
- Areas that are hard to reach like corners or door trims get done by hand
- Several layers of stain and finishes are applied
- Customers are advised to stay off the floors until they are completely dry
